Trails vs Auras

In +1 Speed Evolve, Trails are visible speed streaks behind your character and Auras are body glow effects. Both provide speed multipliers, but Trails generally offer better raw multiplier value per Robux at budget tiers. Auras skew cosmetic at low tiers and become competitive at premium and endgame price points.

By default you equip one Trail OR one Aura slot. The +3 Items Equip gamepass (199 Robux) lets you equip three Trails or Auras simultaneously — a major multiplier stack for serious players. Without it, choose the single item with the highest effective multiplier for your budget.

How to Equip Trails

After purchasing a Trail or Aura from the in-game shop:

1. Open the Inventory or Trails menu from the main hub UI (exact label varies slightly by update).
2. Select your purchased item from the owned list.
3. Click Equip — your character should display the trail effect immediately in the lobby.
4. Enter a stage and confirm the speed difference versus unequipped baseline.
5. If you own +3 Items Equip, repeat for additional slots and verify all three effects render without conflict.

Trails persist through rebirth. After resetting, re-open the equip menu — rebirth occasionally clears equipped slots even though items remain owned. This five-second check prevents hours of accidentally unboosted farming.

Recommended Loadouts by Stage

Budget (under 100 Robux): Orange Trail (1.5x, 19 Robux) or Blue Trail (2x, 79 Robux). Skip auras until mid-game unless bundled in a sale.

Mid-game (100–500 Robux): Purple or Rainbow Trail plus a mid-tier Aura like Red Aura (129 Robux) if you have +3 Items Equip. Without the gamepass, pick Rainbow Trail alone.

Multiple trails conflict: Without +3 Items Equip gamepass, only one item applies. Buying three budget trails does not stack unless you own the gamepass.
